The ingredients needed to prepare Fasting Pancake:

  1. Use 2 of Banana.
  2. Use 1/2 cup of Water Chestnut Flour(singhare ka aata).
  3. Use 1 cup of Milk.
  4. Get 1/4 cup of Jaggery.
  5. Provide 1 drop of Kewra Extract.

When the top of the pancakes bubble, turn over and allow to brown on other side. Prepare a hot pan, with a spot of oil or frylight. Put a ladleful into the pan, tip to spread. Ladle some batter into the pan, tilting it to move the mixture around for a thin and even layer. Cook on second side and serve!
